What is eating my plants? #865790

The past two winters something has been eating my huechera down to the ground. This year it also nibbled the ends of the bush honeysuckle and sweet spire bush. Do you have any idea what could be eating them and any suggesting how to prevent it?

Expert Response
Most likely rabbits! The best defense is to fence around them. Keep in mind the fence needs to be high enough to keep them out when the snow gets deep.
