Spots on pear tree leaves #865723

Hi, I think I have some kind of mites Infecting one of my pear trees. Can you please help me identify a remedy? Thank you.

Thank you for your question.  Although I can't see the spots clearly enough to provide a reliable diagnosis, this appears to be a fungus known as Pacific Coast Pear rust, rather than an insect.  https://ucanr.edu/datastoreFiles/268-561.pdf

Hi, the link you sent is to a story about Japanese maples. Not pears. Please advise.
