Hello :). I can and sell applesauce and strawberry applesauce with no added sweeteners of any kind. Would it be safe for me to add dates (not date sugar) to add a small bit of sweetness? Is there a recipe for this? I'd like to start a line of fruit jams that use dates to replace added sugar. Any help you can give me with this will be GREATLY appreciated. Have a lovely week.
