Poa Id #864923

I believe I have both Poa Annua and Trivialis in my yard. Lime green patches, spreading from last year and lays over. Any help is appreciated.

From the photos I only see Poa triv.  Poa annua should be close to flowering now if you have any.  Unfortunately for home lawns, there are not many control options.  I would dig up as much as possible and then reseed with your desired grass like Kentucky blue.  Poa triv produces stolons so make sure you remove as much of the root system and stolons as possible.  You can also spot-treat with glyphosate and then reseed when the grass is dead.   You will have to monitor these areas to look for any new plants that pop up from stolons.
