Should I keep treating my Ash Trees? #864873

We have treated our 2 ash trees twice, so over 4 years. We are due for another treatment but I see bark falling off in the upper canopy and we had a lot of sucker growth last year. There was dome thinning og the canopues as well. We are being told they can still be saved but that goes against what I learned in landscape horticulture school. Can you please advise on if they're worth treating.

I don't see obvious evidence of emerald ash borer (EAB). But I can't diagnose from a few photos. It's your decision on how to proceed. First, I'd read these discussions about when to save an ash tree:
