I’m guessing that it is a Viburnum. Check out the link, and you’ll see there are many Viburnum shrubs. This, V. tinus is a possibility. V. davidii is also widely planted. If you need an exact identification, taking a blooming branch with multiple leaves to a local nursery featuring a help desk is an option. We can also try here with good photos of all plant parts.
