It is difficult to see from the picture you've provided to make an identification. I've attached a link to the US Dept of Environmental Protection website's information about bed bugs. This should help you identify other places to look in your home for indications of a bed bug infestation, such as in creases and folds of the furniture pictured and actions to take to eliminate these bugs.
