How can I eliminate horsetail? Cutting them hasn't worked. Will Crossbow or another herbicide kill horsetail---and without killing my grass?

Hi Richard,
Controlling horsetail is a challenge. Could you attach a photo of the horsetail? Horsetail looks similar to Scouringrush. Also is this growing near an irrigation pond/canal, lake?
