Our Soil Testing page provides a list (just past halfway down the page) of a handful of labs in the region that offer testing services for residents, including Maryland (even though the labs are out-of-state). We are not aware of a testing lab in Maryland itself, especially within specific counties, as UMD hasn't had a soil testing lab in many years. Most clients sending us test results for interpretation have used the University of Delaware.
