Peach tree issues #862612

I have a peach tree for couple years 6/7, it was producing decent fruit but for the past year or two, when its about to become sweet/ yellow they turn rotten. it starts with gray spot (dusty) and brownish and then dead with in a day or two. even if i pick all fruit it becomes rotten after week or so.

Hi, 

It sounds like you are getting Brown Rot on your peaches which is a common fungal disease. The link provided will give you chemical and non chemical management recommendations.
