Thank you for your question. I'm happy to help you with how to provide food for pollinators by establishing a Bee Lawn. This type of lawn consists of a combination of creeping thyme, white clover, fine fescues and some Kentucky Bluegrass. Bee lawns require very little fertilizer and are good for most soil types. It will need watering at first until established, then little irrigation is needed. Bee lawn mixes are available now due to it's popularity at many retail nurseries. If you'd rather go with a low maintenance lawn requiring little watering, I suggest looking into the fine fescue lawn. Here is an article about establishing this type of lawn:
