Our little township in Michigan is looking for guidance on how to move forward helping clean up our community. I found an article dated April 4, 2013 written by Ryan Coffey which included a link to How to Deal with Accumulated Junk Problems dated March 31, 2001 and revised Nov 26, 2007. They still seem pertinent today. I wondered if you are still providing assistance to communities who wish to move forward with the five activities discussed in the article?
