I am new to having goats and our two does just had babies. We want to be sure the milk is safe and would like it tested. Do you do milk testing for goat milk? If not could you point me in the right direction?

The best way to ensure the milk is safe to drink is to have your vet draw blood on the goats and have them tested for disease. after that you may want to have the milk culture by a lab ( I believe that the diagnostic lab at MSU you could do this) to check for potential bacteria in the milk.
When consuming raw milk the animals should be tested and then milked using sanitary techniques and into clean containers. The milk should then be cooled quickly using a cold-water bath.
