I work for a senior center and we are going to have some lunch (we will be cooking the monthly lunch) and learn and cooking/fermenting classes from guest speakers in a licensed church kitchen. Do I need a servsafe management certification or a Food Safety Manager Certification or some other type of certification?

If you are preparing foods in a licensed kitchen, it is really up to the organization who has the ServSafe certification if you need ServSafe to use their space for cooking classes. The licensed kitchen will have someone who is certified. Check with them or your local County Health Inspector.
