Hi,

Ant ID can be very difficult and generally the photos we can get are not clear enough to tell. Usually a microscope is needed.

If you are finding these indoors, we recommend trying bait stations and sealing any gaps and or cracks around doors and windows. Usually ants are finding a water or food source and traveling in from outside. Placing bait traps in their entrance path is usually helpful and letting the ants take the bait back to the nest is necessary. Usually you have to do this every so often when more make their way back in.

We can't see in the photos clearly enough, but it doesn't appear they are winged ants. If winged ants are regularly making an appearance, it would suggest that the nest is somewhere inside and you should seek a pest professionals help.
