Good afternoon! Nice to meet you! (and a virtual handshake of course!) I'm the author of "Beef Based Baby." As a mother and cattle producer I know the value of implementing beef into a home at an early age.
"Beef Based Baby" is a cookbook that solely focuses on feeding beef as a first food. The book illustrates how to prepare and feed with confidence, nutrition aspects of beef, where to source, and offers resources for accommodating ingredients while in season.
The implementation of this information not only impacts the health of our fellow Americans - but affects the cattle industry and agriculture, when passionate parents are looking for ways to supplement beef in a new and enlightening way.
I would love to collaborate together on promoting this information and book. Is this something you would recommend for the extension office?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
