As a mother and cattle producer I know the value of implementing beef into a home at an early age. "Beef Based Baby" is a cookbook that solely focuses on feeding beef as a first food. The book illustrates how to prepare and feed with confidence, nutrition aspects of beef, where to source, and offers resources for accommodating ingredients while in season.
