Good morning, may I ask if anyone has had an opportunity to identify this insect? My concern is that it’s a termite. Much thanks Dennis
Dennis,
I am sorry, but the image is not in a format that I can view. The image needs to be a jpeg or tiff.

So, I had to send your Apple format image to someone with an Apple phone who was able to convert it to a format that was compatible with a PC computer. With that said, the insect is a winter stonefly (insect Order Plecoptera). Winter stoneflies are aquatic insects with incomplete metamorphosis (egg to nymphs to adults). The eggs and nymphs develop in water (streams, creeks and rivers) and the adults are terrestrial/aerial (they have wings and fly). As their common name implies, the adults emerge mid- to late winter. They are of no threat to our food, ourselves or our homes. It is an accidental invader into the home. It most likely road into the home on someone's clothes. There is no need for any kind of management.
