Thank you for the pictures, but they lack sufficient contrast and resolution to see the insect's parts well. This time of year, I assume the problem is indoors.
They appear to be flies, of which there are multiple candidates. Please review the two linked articles below. You should be able to distinguish your pest.

The images on the reference link do not show the fly I have.
