I can find no approved, tested recipes for canning ham broth in any safe publications (NCHFP, Ball, USDA, etc.). I'm needing clarification on this for a team of leaders I'm teaching to can. I know there are only a handful of approved recipes using ham as an ingredient. Please advise. Thank you.
