We watered a house plant we got a few weeks ago in the bathtub and a frog came out. The frog is about an inch and a half long and maybe 3/4 inch wide. I took this picture. We don’t know what to do with it. We don’t know if it is native or if it will survive in the plant. We made a temporary habitat for it. Please advise.

You will need to call your local Oregon Fish and Wildlife office. https://www.dfw.state.or.us/agency/directory/local_offices.asp. They will let you know if they want you to bring it in to be identified. It probably wouldn't live in the plant without a consistent water source and insect availability.
