i read your recommendation for dormant apple tree horticulture oil spray. the recommendation says spray in February or early spring. the seasonal weather predication for the PNW is for a warmer and dryer winter. Should i spray sooner?

This is a good question. The dormant sprays help interrupt the life cycles of various insects and diseases. I would still stick to the timing of February as best as possible. (We always have to work around the rainy days here.)
