I have been asked by the City of Colorado Springs to take soil samples at a location used for future landscaping. Do you have a pdf soil analysis request form you could send to me? Also, do I send or bring the samples to 17 N Spruce St, Colorado Springs, CO 80905 when I have obtained them?

There is an address on the top right that tells you where you can mail it or drop it. Note that they are closed Dec 25-29, so do not mail or drop anything off during those dates.
