Hi Kay,
Thank you for checking in. We have been stalled with this testing because the temperature loggers will not fit correctly in this pressure canner. We are anticipating that temperature loggers fit for this purpose will be available early in 2024. I wish this was faster, but we were stuck with no viable equipment that was fit-for-purpose.

Sadly, no. We are still waiting for the launch of the new data logger product.
