There are a couple options that I think will fit.

One really great mix is the Lawn Mix from the Gunnison Conservation District. It has Bluegrass, Tall Fescue and Perennial Rye in it. I think it would do well in this situation. To see this mix visit Seed Mixes for the Gunnison Basin - Gunnison Conservation District. They have really great mixes that do really well in Gunnison.

We can also explore more xeriscaping types of cover if you are interested in that. Here is a great resource, although if this is what you are interested in we can do a custom mix! The possibilities with xeriscaping really is endless.
