I plan on attending an orientation class for the master gardeners program very soon and registering for classes that begin Jan 24 2024. I am wondering if I can volunteer at the extention(Medford, Jackson County)in the meantime to refamiliarize and help to prepare for the coming term. I have previous horticulture training/greenhouse work, and started the master gardener program a few years ago but a disability forced me to drop and I want to restart and complete the program if I can get through it. My previous training was at City College San Francico Horticulture Dept. and it was the best part of my education . I would love to help out in the greenhouse or anywhere else if possible.
