Expert Response
Enterprise ripens about 2 weeks after Red Delicious, about mid October in SW Michigan. Winecrisp is about a month after Red Delicious, or about the last week in October or the 1st week of November. So, certainly Enterprise will work. If we get an early hard frost Winecrisp may not be as sweet as desired, but still edible. Both (actually all apples) are prone to insect attacks.
