Yellow legged hornet? #854929

Greetings: I recently saw a hornet or wasp in my back yard, and it seemed to have yellow legs. I understand there's a problem with an invasive hornet in Georgia, & it's probably unlikely this is the same insect, but I took a picture, & wanted to ask someone. I'm in Durham City, near downtown. There have been no reported cases of the yellow legged hornet found in Georgia in our area. See following link from NCSU

The wasp you observed could be our more common paper wasp, see following link:
