restriction of creeping jenny #854478

Just wanted to be sure that there are no restrictions in Colorado on growing creeping jenny in our yard since it is an invasive plant. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us regarding creeping jenny (Lysimachia nummularia). It is not on the Colorado Noxious Weed list and is, therefore, not currently regulated or designated for removal. There is a close relative in the same genus (Lysimachia vulgaris) on the Colorado Noxious Weed Watch List.
