I have 2 peach trees (6 year old) both of equal height of over 15 feet. Q#1-Can I cut the main stem to a lower height and if so what is a good height and when is good time? Q#2 -Tree #2 - was a graft but the non-fruit bearing part has grown to 1/2 of the tree, should I cut it off from the base?

Hello!
I'm having a difficult time determining what is happening with your trees from the photos you sent. Can you send some additional photos? We would need some close up of the trunk and leaves.
Is tree #1 the one on the left in the photo? Why do you want to cut the main stem?
In the mean time, here is some information on pruning peach trees: https://extension.psu.edu/peach-tree-pruning-managing-light-and-crop-load
Hope this helps!
