Magnolia tree needs help #853034

Hi! This my mom's magnolia tree in southeast harris co. Can anyone please tell us what is wrong and how to ensure the tree's health? She really does not want to loose it!

That is nothing to worry about and quite common on magnolia leaves if they get scratched or damaged somehow. The tree should be fine.
