The worm like one is a centipede. The other one is probably a Giant water bug.
There are some species of centipedes that live in water. When the water is not flushed or used for long periods, this gives drain and water loving insects a chance to move in these spaces. They don't pose any type of threat to the plumbing system. The issue should resolve once you are using the plumbing regularly.
