Yes, it looks okay. Plant growth rate, whole-plant size and leaf size, and leaf color are affected by environmental conditions like light intensity, soil moisture, ambient temperatures and humidity, and available soil nutrients. The stem is stretched for the plant in the photo because of low light conditions, so if lighting is improved (given more direct sunlight or moved closer to a grow light) the growth the plant puts out after that change should have closer spacing between leaves. (It can't shrink the length of an already-stretched stem, but it can change stem length going forward so the sections between leaves, called internodes, are not as long.)
