It is difficult to identify for sure, but they appear to be a type of moth egg. Most likely they are harmless and potentially belong to a native species. They are not spotted lantern fly eggs- so no concern there, so you could just leave them and let them be if it is on the outside of the screen.
If you are concerned you could always try to wash or scrape them off, but it sounds like a fun science experiment to let them be and see what happens when they hatch! Many moth species are our nighttime pollinators and we need them for fruit and vegetable production.
