I am sorry but I cannot tell you the name of a rose from just photos.  You should still have your tags, or at least, your receipt.  If it was purchased from a garden center, go back to them for care information or at least give us the name.  For instance, we don't know if it is a variety that is hardy in our Minnesota winters.  Also, if it is still in a pot and was supposed to be planted in the ground, that may be the problem.  We cannot give you an answer without more information.  Sorry.
