We noticed this in the shower. (Likely tracked in) It appeared to be a pine needle (same size), but started moving! Upon closer inspection, it looks like a bug. We are located in West Salem.

I think this is a larva of one of the ground beetles. I cannot tell you which one.
In general these beetle are good guys because they prey on other insects in our gardens.
