Does this coneflower have Astor yellows?

The symptoms are suspicious, so we think it's prudent to assume this is Aster Yellows and remove the plant. If you decide to keep it for now, symptoms of this infection will get worse and more prominent over time (possibly not until next year, when it begins blooming again), so that would help confirm whether or not the flower deformities are caused by Aster Yellows.
