I'm sorry that this is such a late response to your question. It appears as if you have a critter or pest eating your fruits. If you notice any leaves or stems disappearing, I would definitely suspect tomato hornworm. But if that is not the case, there are many little critters, pests, and birds that love to eat tomatoes; such as squirrels, skunks, chipmunks, rabbits, slugs, tomato fruit worm, etc.
The first step is trying to actually find the pest or critter in action. There will be different remedies for each situation. If you notice anything changing with the foliage as well, take note and please send a reply to this email. You can use netting for birds, fencing for other critters, repellents may help as well.
