Dry Lilac Leaves #843044

We planted this lilac bush a couple months ago and it looks to have some type of disease. It gets regular water and about half a day of full sun. Can you help?

Thanks for your question. Are just the outer leaves at the end of the branches affected? Could you email a photo showing the entire shrub? Could you tell me a little more about how much/often is it getting watered?
