Treating iron chlorosis ? in maple trees #841857
Asked July 21, 2023, 11:58 AM EDT
It appears three 15’ maple trees display iron chlorosis this year, yellow leaves, green veins.
Relatively heavy mostly clay soil.
I have watered about 1” weekly but not enough to waterlog the soil.
I read about watering and mulching.
Is a soil test warranted, and if so how do Igo about getting one? (I live close to the UM St
Aul campus.). Or more generally, your recommendation how to proceed. Thanks!!
