Boxwood damage? #840924

Boxwoods I planted last season are showing signs of deterioration or disease. The leaves are lighter and are no longer glossy in appearance. Please see images below. I have thinned them out some, but the issue is plant-wide and consistent across three bushes. I don’t want to proceed further without understanding more.

If you go to google and type in the address box at the top: 7 reasons why boxwood leaves turn light green: it will give you 7 reasons. It is hard to diagnose problems from pictures, so you could have a person from your extension office come out or a landscaper company come out. Thank you for your question.
