Stinging bugs in swimming pool #838688

Asked July 02, 2023, 3:49 PM EDT

We have flying bugs that land in our swimming pool. They sting if they come in contact with your skin. The sting is painful and itches if bitten. We do have woods in our backyard also. We don’t see any of them if we are just sitting on our patio. It seems to be that they are attracted to the water.

Hi Susanne,

Identifying bugs is not one of my strengths. I am finding better links to help though;

There are just so many bugs out there !

I hope you find the link helpful,
