This looks like a Carpet Beetle. They are a common pest indoors. The adult beetles feed on flower pollen but can get indoors where the young insects (larvae) feed on natural fiber materials such as wool, felt, fur, silk, and feathers. Vacuum up any that you see and vacuum all carpeting, along baseboards, and under furniture, etc. Also check stored fabrics (sweaters, hats, blankets) to clean everything well.
