Maple tree leaves: turning yellow, have brown spots along veins, and dropping to ground-June 2023 #834251

Have 30 year Maple tree with the following issues: Limbs with no leaves and dying, leaves turning yellow and falling in June, brown spots along veins. How do I find a company who will spray my maple tree or tell me that it is dying?
