Hi there- can you upload the photos without making them smaller?  It is very blurry when we try to enlarge it.  Looks a bit like a Geum--but very hard to tell. 
Greetings, Although the photos are quite pixilated, I believe this is a type of Geum- flowering perennial for full sun.  The genus Geum has widely varied foliage but if you scroll down in this article you will see several that look like yours.

One popular one is called 'Totally Tangerine' looks similar to this one.  Summer-borne orange blossoms on stems well above the foliage, this plant is a gem.  We are growing it here at MSUE in Grand Rapids and it always shines.
