As best as we can determine this is a species of honeysuckle, most likely Tatarian Honeysuckle (Lonicera tatarica). Unfortunately the Minnesota Department of Agriculture considers this to be highly invasive and prohibits its sale and propagation within the state. It can rapidly spread throughout your garden. We would advise that you dig it up and discard in the trash. Do not try to compost it. This should be done NOW (late May 2023) before the flowers produce seeds. See:

Yes, this plant may have some appealing features but these are easily outweighed by its many negative attributes.
