Yellow Patch of Grass that is Spreading #827554

She has a yellow patch of grass about 50 feet from her yard that has been spreading since last year. the patch is about 8 foot by 8 foot now. She sprayed it last year but it did not help. She does not have an email address. What is it and how can she get rid of it? Her number is<personal data hidden>
