I am wondering what kind of shrub this is and if the berries are poisonous? We just moved into a new home and this shrub is in our landscaping. We have a puppy and don't want him eating the berries if they could make him sick!

Hello Carrie, happy to help.
At this point, I can only guess from the berries that they may be viburnum, perhaps a dwarf variety. Please feel free to send photos of the shrubs when the leaves appear and especially when they flower. The color and timing of the flowers' appearance will certainly help.
