Master Gardener Assistance at Mt. Mercy Apartments #822390

Good morning, I am the social worker at Mt. Mercy apartments, which is low income housing for elderly and disabled seniors. We have a small section of gardening plots on our property that we would love some assistance with in getting in good shape for residents to plant on. We are also looking at doing some raised garden beds and would love your thoughts!
