Expert Response

Overall your plant looks very healthy and it is indeed a giant! Congratulations. New leaves look healthy. Some of the older leaves have tip burn because they didn’t get enough water at one time. This can make the leaves brown but it doesn’t mean the plant is unhealthy. The affected leaves won’t repair but they will be replaced by new leaves eventually.
Inexpensive water meters are available in plant stores or Amazon and one of these would be helpful. A very weak (1/4) fertilizer solution added to the water will help your plant too.
Thank you sooo much for the quick response, I really appreciate it! You are a lifesaver!

I should have mentioned the leading cause of death for houseplants is overwatering, so a little tip burn is much better than wilting caused by rotting roots from too much water.
Good luck with your plant it is a beauty.
