Join QBP's Women Employee Resource Group in April? #819588
Asked February 01, 2023, 2:30 PM EST
Greetings! I'm an avid (although relatively new) native plant gardener and a facilitator for Quality Bicycle Product's Women's Employee Resource Group. We discuss a wide variety of topics — most related to gender, but not all! I was wondering if it would be possible to have a master gardener join us for our April meeting to offer gardening advice to our members. Since it's the month of earth day and many of us are interested in improving the environment through our individual actions, I think this would be really popular with our members. The company we work for is a B Corp and already does a lot of native plant landscaping among other environmental efforts. Thanks!
Hennepin County Minnesota
Good afternoon Renee.
I need to know where you are or where your group meets. Then hopefully 8 can get you to the right MG group.
The meeting would be done virtually on Microsoft Teams on April 24 from 10–11am CST. Our main location is Blooomington, MN so most of our members are from MN but we usually have a handful of folks from across the country join us as well (our company made remote work a permanent option for office employees).

Thank you Renee. I will get back to you.
Good evening Renee. I contacted my supervisor and she said to have you contact the Master Gardener Volunteer Program by sending an email to email@example.com with the details. They will find you someone who works with native plants.
